Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets and revenue objectives
  • Identify and target key markets, industries, and customer segments for business development opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders
  • Lead sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions to secure new business opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and campaigns
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development initiatives
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to senior management
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology industry or related field
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and close deals
  • Experience in managing a sales team, including hiring, training, and performance management
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • German language skills are advantageous
  • Fluent English skills; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is advantageous
